PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fender structure of motorcycle capable of enhancing a muddy water splashing prevention effect at the time of traveling and preventing a muddy water splashing without staining a fender and an extension by preventing a rounding of the muddy water on the fender surface. SOLUTION: In this fender structure of a motorcycle in which a separate extension 40 is mounted to a front fender of a motorcycle 1, a superposing portion 40a mounted to the front fender 7 is provided on the extension 40 and a shock-absorbing material 41 is disposed between the superposing portion 40a and the front fender 7. A width direction side end 41a of the shock- absorbing material 41 is extended near a border of the superposing portion 40a and the extension base portion 40b. The side end 41a is bent and adhered to a back side of the extension 40 at a width direction side end 40c of the superposing portion 40a.
