发明名称 FORGING METHOD OF MATERIAL HAVING SUPERPLASTICITY
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently conduct forging without incurring a forging defect in manufacturing a forging having a hard-to-work process. SOLUTION: A normal forging minimum speed and a maximum forging load region not causing superplasticity are set beforehand, normal forging is conducted for a superplasticity material, successively, after the forging speed reaches the maximum load region, superplasticity is realized in slow forging where the forging speed is set less than the normal forging minimum speed so that the forging load is in the maximum forging load region. In a process having small deformation resistance, forging is efficiently conducted. In a process having large deformation resistance, a forging effect is sufficiently obtained and generation of an excessive forging load is prevented by forging under an appropriate forging load by means of superplasticity property. High yield and efficient forging is made possible.
