PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuse structure of a brushless motor, that can stabilize current-flow break of overcurrent by a fuse part. SOLUTION: By assembling plural pieces of metal pieces for wiring 30 into a molded product of synthetic resin 40, a prescribed wiring pattern is formed. In this wiring pattern, a fuse part 44 to break current flow of overcurrent is arranged, and this fuse part 44 is provided with a spring member 45 which has conductivity and generates heat in accordance with current values. This spring member 45 cross-links a pair of metal pieces for wiring 31, 32 adjoining each other in an elastic deformation condition, and at least one junction 45a of junctions 45a with the pair of metal pieces for wiring 31, 32 is joined with the metal piece for wiring 31 by thermosensitive solder which melts at a prescribed temperature. At least in one metal piece for wiring 31 of the pair of metal pieces for wiring 31, 32, a notched part 46 is arranged to restrain heat transmission from the spring member 45. In this way, temperature of the spring member 45 is stabilized. |
