PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a management of existence of slave stations by a master station. SOLUTION: In this system, communication is processed between the master station and the slave stations. A priority signal slots PR1-PR4 are predetermined as informing timing from plural slave stations to the master station. These slots are assigned in advance to different timings for each plural slave stations. At notifying of notify signals at one time from the master station to the slave stations to establish communication frame synchronize, each slave stations receive the notify signals and response to the master station through their own priority request signal slots. The slave stations, even though there is no need of establishment of communication to the master station, transmit signals to make certain of existence rights as responses.
