PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that acquires effectively data to be displayed, which meets user requirements. SOLUTION: The system has a step S1 that reads an electronic mail stored in a hard disk, steps S2 and S3 that extract attributes and keywords for the electronic mail by pre-defined processes. The system constructs a database based upon the data extracted with helps of the steps S4 to S7. The database consists of multi-files and each file can be identified by a message ID. The files store the electronic mail in the past and relevant information like a Web title and an address, which is associated with each other.
