SEGMENT PLOTTING METHOD AND SEGMENT PLOTTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a plotting point error at the end point of a segment due to inclination error in DDA by performing highly precise segment plotting, and to prevent omission in plane plotting by plotting using plural segments. SOLUTION: The plotting point error of the end point of a segment is eliminated by calculating error limit point from the inclination precision in the DDA and recursively plotting the segment to the end point by defining a halfway point formed by returning the decimal part in the DDA direction to 0.5 as a start point when the plotting point error exceeds the error limit point. Also, the omission without being plotted is prevented by plotting the segment on a plotting point with width to correct an error in the DDA direction in the plane plotting by plotting plural segment when the platting point error exceeds the error limit point.
