PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a workability of maintenance and checkup of an operating apparatus and to make the same smaller by simplifying a structure of the same. SOLUTION: A cam shaft 4 is supported with a bearing device 2 while the main shaft 5 with another bearing device 3. And a cam 6 and the main gear 7 are respectively disposed at the both sides of the cam shaft 4, while the main lever 14 is disposed at one side of the main shaft 5, and a buffer lever 15 and a contact lever 16 on the other side.
