PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing the distribution market system of payment information which gives a value as a property to the 'purchasing desire information' of merchandise, etc., belonging to a country, etc., and managing this independently so as to prevent the information to a company, etc., desiring to use the 'purchasing desire information' as information having a value as a property for payment to operate it. SOLUTION: Each payment information can be also called information of desiring purchase, that is purchasing desire information. By quantifying the purchasing desire information and deciding a common unit such as yen of a currency unit, a value is computed and information is made into bonds or securities to provide an information distribution market to sell/buy and intermediate information. Otherwise, information of an equivalent condition is intermediated by an auction system, etc., to attain distribution to amplify and operate information. |
