PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem where for a laminated ceramic capacitor when the number of laminated dielectric layers is increased by reducing the thicknesses of the layers for reducing the sine and increasing the capacitance of the capacitor, the service life of the capacitor becomes shorter, because the electric field intensity of each dielectric layer increases and dielectric breakdown is apt to occur between internal electrodes. SOLUTION: In this laminated ceramic capacitor, which is formed by integrally laminating a plurality of dielectric layers composed of a dielectric ceramic composition and a plurality of internal electrodes upon another, the porcelain composition contains one kind or two or more kinds of impurity elements, selected from among Mn, V, Cr, Mo, Fe, Ni, Cu, and Co at a ratio of 0.01-1.0 mol%. It is preferable that 20 wt.% or higher of the impurity elements exists in grain boundaries portions.
