PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide different service in accordance with commodity purchase time. SOLUTION: A cumulative point stored in a point card is rewritten to that obtained by adding only additional points when a commodity is purchased. When the cumulative point reaches a set value or above, a user can acquire a gift. When commodity purchase time is in a set period, the additional points is increased than in the period when it is not in the set period.
