<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel with a light shielding effect on its peripheral part capable of enhancing visibility of a screen at low cost and coping with thinning of a product having an LCD with touch panel. SOLUTION: In the touch panel in analog resistive film system constituted by disposing conductive panels on which a transparent electrode is formed with all or a part of a transparent conductive film on one side of transparent insulation substrates and wiring is arranged to face oppositely and having one or more resin layers for various purposes at peripheral parts between the transparent insulation substrates, a light shielding function is added by a fact that at least one of the resin layers is colored black.</p> |
