PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication terminal equipment, which is convenient and enables reduction in charge of communication by registering plural connection destinations to the Internet and changing the connection destination in the case that connection to one access point is impossible, the connection speed is low even though connection is possible, or the line state is poor. SOLUTION: A CPU 11 selects an access point of the connection destination by information of plural access points stored in a RAM 13 and originates a call to this access point via a modem 15 and a network controller 14. Thereafter, the CPU 11 discriminates the state of connection to the access point, and it changes the access point to another access point stored in the RAM 13, if the connection state is poor.
