PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that efficient use of a display space is not sufficiently performed on a created deformed map since a deformation processing is performed without considering levels of importance of map information. SOLUTION: Each reference target object to exist in the vicinity of each of an intersection point where transfer routes cross, an end point as a dead end of the transfer route and a flexure point where a directional angle of the transfer route changes is extracted and the deformation processing is performed to each of the transfer routes to be linked with the reference target objects.
