PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an cost efficiency of a user to whom information is provided and to improve efficiency in the user to whom information is provided by increasing the rate of the number for performing access to an information providing site to the number for distributing direct E-mail to provide information and giving an benefit to a member to increase the number of customers. SOLUTION: An URL before conversion, which is the address of the information providing site is managed in accordance with an information providing site identifier, the information providing site identifier and a member identifier for specifying the member are added to the transfer receiving URL of a prescribed management server to adopt it as the URL after conversion and the URL before conversion, which appears in the direct E-mail to be distributed, is replaced with the URL after conversion and is distributed to the member of the member identifier. When a request for access to the transfer receiving URL of the management server exists, the member identifier and the information providing site identifier are taken-out from the access-requested URL and, then, a distribution member and the URL before conversion are respectively specified. When the member performs access to a converted information providing site address, points are given to the member who performs access. |
