PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for connecting of label switch pass, a method for the same and a recording media capable of controlling of LSP spanning between L-LSP and E-LSP and processing of suitable packet transferring at the boundary node. SOLUTION: The device comprises a decision means (201) deciding an interface to transmit a control message, a determination means (201) determining a label switch pass to be provided by the interface, a first creating means (201), if the label switch pass is a first pass, creating a control message including a request delay class shown by the received control message and a reference value responding to the delay class, a second creating means (201), if the pass is a second pass, creating a control message including the request delay class shown by the received control message and a second transmitting means (210) transmitting the created control message to the interface according to the request delay class and the reference value or to the request delay class.
