PURPOSE: Provided is liquid soap which doesn't irritate to skin and has a smooth effect to skin by using a natural vegetable material. Particularly, if it is used as a hair-washing agent, it prevents the hair from falling out and removes dandruff. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing liquid soap comprises a) adding 300g of malt, 100g of malted rice, 200g of a sea tangle or Echinochloa hispidula, and 200g of green tea to 2.5 liter of water and steeping the mixture for 10-15 hours; b) mixing lye which is made by steeping 150g of ash in 0.5 liter of water for a week, and 1 liter of Houttuynia cordata extract to the solution of a); c) putting the yolk of 1-2 egg to prepare paste and fermenting the paste for a week; and d) adding 10ml of glycerin and highly concentrated hub perfume to the fermented material.
