PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PHS system network that discriminates a service class and uniquely collects information such as call traffic information ands charging information without the use of a public phone network. SOLUTION: A base station is provided with a service class specification means 602 that specifies the service class of a call received from a PHS terminal resident in a zone, a notice information generating means 604 that generates notice information including the call service class, and a notice information transmission means 606 that transmits the notice information to a database. The database is provided with a file storage means that stores the notice information into a film. Furthermore, the service class specification means 602 specifies the service type from a call setup start signal sent from the PHS terminal. Moreover, the notice information transmission means 606 transmits the notice information to the database after receiving a reply signal to a signal to start the setup.
