PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay module capable of easily operating the real wiring of relays in a hard wired system, and transmitting the operating states of the relays to a PLC without increasing the number of relays. SOLUTION: Contact relays CR5-CR11 are housed in a case body, and signal state confirming devices 45a-45g for detecting the ON/OFF states of the contact relays CR5-CR11 are connected in parallel to the contact relays CR5-CR11. Then, the case body is provided with a connecting terminal 47 capable of connecting the contact relays CR5-CR11 to each other and an external device, and the real wiring of sequence circuits is operated by using the connecting terminal 47, and the signal of the signal state confirming device 45 is outputted through an addressing circuit 46 to a PLC 32.
