PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch a data broadcast program by following the timing of switching a video/sound program without using an extra band in the data broadcast program of a video/sound linked type. SOLUTION: This data broadcast sending device is provided with a schedule holding part 104 for holding the schedule of a broadcast schedule, a schedule monitoring part 106 for monitoring time, a timer control part 109 for managing timer notice time, a send-out control part 101 for controlling information to be broadcasted, a data broadcast program constitution element holding part 105 for holding the constitution element of the data broadcast program, a data broadcast program constitution element retrieving part 107 for extracting the constitution element of the data broadcast program, a data broadcast program sending part 102 for sending the data broadcast program and a message sending part 103 for sending a trigger to the data broadcast program.
