PURPOSE:To produce a number of crystal oscillators at one time, by assembling a number of crystal oscillators at one time by means of a pair of tools and at the same time holding a terminal metallic parts by a container to sealing airtight them in a body and then storing a crystal bar into the container. CONSTITUTION:A lower container 12 is put into a hollow part 20a of a lower tool 20 in order to assemble plural crystal oscillators at one time. For the container 12, a liquid sealing agent 12b obtained by adding a binder to a crystalline glass frit is filled previously into grooves 12a1 and 12a2. Then an electrode substrate 19 is put on the grooves. The trunk parts 17a and 18a of each electrode part are fitted into the grooves 12a1 and 12a2 of the container 12 so to be dipped into the agent 12b. Then both upper and lower tools 20 and 22 are heated at about 150 deg.C in a dryer for about 30min. Thus the agent 12b is dried up, and then a heat treatment is carried out. Then the tool 22 is detached, and crystal bars are adhered to receiving parts 17c and 18c of the electrode part via a conductive adhesive. The electrodes on both sides of a crystal bar are connected electrically to the parts 17c and 18c, and an the same time the crystal bar is held at the receiving part of the electrode. |
