SOLUTION: In the coin processing system provided with a coin processor for discriminating the denomination of coins and counting up the number of coins and a terminal equipment connected to the coin processor and capable of totalizing and managing the coin data of the coin processor, the coin processor converts the coin data of a new denomination into the coin data of a previously determined existing denomination and transmits the converted coin data to the terminal equipment.
