PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily provide contents without boring the user of a client PC 4. SOLUTION: Request time, when the client PC 4 requests contents, is recognized and on the basis of a provision schedule set to provide plural kinds of contents one by one for every time band frame, the kind of contents scheduled to provide within the time band frame corresponding to the request time is judged. Then, only the contents of the relevant judged kind are provided from a contents server 39 to the client PC 4. Thus, the contents can be speedily provided without boring the user of the client PC 4 since a large number of kinds of contents are successively provided one by one according to the provision schedule and without consuming much band width of a line since only the contents of one kind are provided for every time band frame. |
