<p>An eye movement speed measuring instrument allowing the subject to confirm the pattern perceived by saccade eye movement. A first optotype disposed in a position at which the subject gazes when a saccade eye movement of the subject starts and a second optotype disposed in a position at which the subject gazes when the saccade eye movement ends are displayed on a display unit (20). Vision stimulation patterns different at least in shape or display position are displayed to the subject on the display unit (20). An emission control section (107b) controls the display unit (20) so as to display first and second optotypes to the subject at a predetermined frequency alternately while relatively shifting the display timings of the vision stimulation for 0.4 sec from the time when the displayed state of the first and second optotypes is changed to allow the subject to do a saccade.</p> |
