An ink jet head having a nozzle for jetting ink, capable of improving an ink refill frequency, wherein, since an independent damper (13) is provided in each ink supply path (18) to provide each ink supply path (18) with an acoustic capacity, an interaction is produced between a pressure room (16) and an ink supply path (18) so that an ink refill action can be excited, thereby it is possible to extend an ink refill frequency up to about square-root-of-three times without providing an active element in an ink supply path.
