PURPOSE: A functional soap composition is provided to improve beauty effect, washing and cleansing effect, moisturizing effect, sterilizing and antibacterial effect by adding a rare-earth mineral, jade, yellow soil, charcoal, refined grass liquid, perfume, and glycerine to a soap base. CONSTITUTION: The functional soap composition comprises 82.5-89.2 wt.% of conventional soap base, 1-3 wt.% of fine powder of rare-earth mineral, 2.3-3.2 wt.% of jade powder, 1.5-2 wt.% of yellow soil, 1-3 wt.% of charcoal, 3.7-4.5 wt.% of refined grass liquid, 0.8-1.0 wt.% of perfume, and 0.5-0.8 wt.% of glycerine.
