<p>A transaction assisting facility free from the difficulty and scarcity of settlement of a transaction that are drawbacks of conventional auction systems and enabling a transaction at desired prices that the consumers and providers desire, wherein the prerequisite of a transaction is participation of providers X and consumers Y, the transaction can be settled without adjusting the prices presented by the providers and consumers if the purchase prices presented by consumers Y are higher than the providing prices presented by providers X, the providers X can sell the articles at the presented prices and the consumers Y can purchase the articles at the presented prices, and the differences of the prices are managed by the system.</p> |
