In continuously making sweets by boiling a sugar, fat and milk composition preheated milk and preheated fat are pumped from separate storage tanks into a first mixing tank and there mixed, this mixture is led, at the same time as a sugar syrup from the sugar dissolving installation, into a second mixing tank, and the resulting mixture is fed to the sweet-boiling installation, all pumps for delivery of materials being controlled synchronously by the dissolving machine. |
