PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete form constructing apparatus which is simple in structure, easily copes with any installation cases, as a constructing apparatus, even if a concrete form is slantly installed, and extremely facilitates after- treatment for waterproofing executed after placement of concrete, and to provide buried concrete for use in the apparatus. SOLUTION: According to the concrete form constructing apparatus, the buried concrete 10 includes a taper hole 13 which is formed such that an opening 11 on the side of the concrete form is larger than an opening 12 on the other side of the same. The buried concrete 10 also includes a hemispherical washer 14 in the opening 12 on the other side. A separator shaft 20 is inserted into the taper hole 13 and a semispherical washer hole 15, and the position of the separator shaft 20 can be adjusted in the taper hole 13 with the hole 15 of the hemispherical washer 14 as a base point, according to the inclination of the concrete form A. The buried concrete for use in the apparatus is also provided.
