PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a nut due to fastening of a bolt, by ensuring strength by increasing thicknesses of both sides of the nut. SOLUTION: This rotary nut 1 is formed by combining the nut 5 with a frame body 9 in which a pair of arms 8 are provided at both sides of a flange 7 having a bolt insertion hole 6. In this rotary nut 1, hanging walls 21 are separately provided, so as to project in a bolt advancing direction, at two positions which are opposite to each other on a virtual surface vertical to a projection shaft for rotation of the nut 5 around the bolt insertion hole 6 formed in the flange 7 of the frame body 9. Accordingly, a width of a guide hole 22 in which the hanging walls 21 are stored can be decreased by a width corresponding to a width by which the hanging walls 21 are narrowed, whereby the thicknesses of both side parts of the nut 5 can be increased.
