PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drink supply apparatus capable of providing a drink having less variation in a mixing ratio and mixed in a predetermined mixing ratio irrespective of a mixing ratio of the drink, in a drink supply apparatus for providing a drink by pouring raw liquid materials with which a raw material container such as a bag-in-box is filled. SOLUTION: A raw liquid material pouring unit 7 is composed of a liquid pump 25 for feeding raw liquid materials under pressure, a cylindrical body 26 opened at its one end and having two paired flow-in and flow-out ports, one at the opened side and one at the closed side of the cylindrical body 26, a blocking end 32 disposed so as to block the cylindrical body 26 and to be movable in the interior of the cylindrical body 26, and a sliding member 27 which reciprocatingly and slidingly moves in the interior of the cylindrical body 26 according to the pressure of the liquid pump 25 in such a manner that the raw liquid materials fed from the liquid pump 25 flow in and out in a mutually complementary way through the two paired flow-in and flow-out ports. Accordingly, a drink which is the one having a plurality of mixing ratios, which has less variation in a mixing ratio, and which is mixed in a predetermined mixing ratio becomes able to be provided.
