PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a space system which enables efficient and selective arrangement of water section equipment for comfortable life, and facilitates setting of auxiliary equipment according to deterioration of physical functions in future. SOLUTION: There is provided a variable space in a living space where living activities are conducted. The variable space consists of a wet zone where activities such as bathing, excretion, and wash-up are carried out, and a dry zone where the other activities are carried out, and the dry zone and the wet zone are partitioned by a partition wall. The dry zone and the wet zone have floors which are almost flush with each other. Further, at least the floor of the wet zone has waterproofing and drainage functions, and the wet zone includes a toilet stool, a bathtub, and a washbasin which are freely arranged and partitioned. |
