PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating actuator with an oscillation member 3 oscillating in a body and a table 31 following the oscillation member 3, inhibiting the rattling of the table 31 in the direction of rotation and the change of the oscillating angle of the table 31 and allowing the highly precise oscillation of the table 31. SOLUTION: The oscillation member 3 has a pair of axial rotation portions 3g rotatably supported on the body via a bearing, a shaft portion 3c arranged between the pair of rotation portions 3g and a movable vane 3d located between the pair of rotation portion 3g at one place on the circumference on the outer periphery side of the shaft portion 3c. The table 31 is integrally formed on the oscillation member 3.
