PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the rupture strength of joint part, make easy assembling work, and make applicable use of wood member of small section. SOLUTION: Two sheets of long plate member 11, 11 composed of wood members are assembled in the plate thickness direction to form an assembled member 10' for a joined column. Similarly, two sheets of long plate member 21, 21 are assembled in the plate thickness direction to form an asslembled member 20' for a joined column. Joint plates 40 are inserted between the members 11, 11 as well as between the members 21, 21 across both members 11', 20', and they are bonded to the members 11, 11 and the members 21, 21, thereby jointing both the members 10', 20'. With the joint, a joined column 10 and a joined beam 20 is finished.
