PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a pallet partition operating part operating the partition without causing a high cost. SOLUTION: A support shaft 33 for supporting the partition 32 is provided in a work loading pallet 2 so that the partition 32 is rotatable between an erect state 41 and a tilt state 42. The partition 32 comprises a cylindrical part 42, a partition bar 45, and a presser plate 46 extending downward from the rotational movement center so that the partition bar 45 is interposed between panels 1 loaded on the work loading pallet 2 in its tilt state 42. A palletize robot is detachably provided with a gripper 52 for holding a panel 1 in the tip of its arm 51 and a pipe 53 is fixed to the gripper 52. A partition pusher 55 is provided in the pipe 53 bent downward and the partition pusher 55 comprises an air cylinder fixed to the pipe 53 and a rod extended from the air cylinder.
