PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorating member including a light interior member, having a good feeling, and capable of being used even under low strength conditions. SOLUTION: In the decorating member 1 comprising an exterior member 2 and the interior member 3 attached to an inner surface side 2a of the exterior member 2, the interior member 3 is composed of an in-mold form molded body 4 attached to the inner surface side of the exterior member 2, and a skin material 5 integrated with at least an inner surface side 4a of the in-mold form molded body 4. The generally whole of an outer surface side 4b of the in-mold form molded body 4 is abutted against the inner surface side 2a of the exterior member 2 or allowed to be abutted during external force acting.
