PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive label peeling apparatus which can easily and reliably peel an adhesive label from a mount, and an adhesive label sticking apparatus which can consistently stick the adhesive label by handling the peeling apparatus as a part of the sticking apparatus. SOLUTION: In the adhesive label sticking apparatus, a roll-type mount having a plurality of adhesive labels is moved in one direction, and cooled in a first temperature range, the moving direction of the mount is changed via a fixed separating member provided on a moving passage of the mount, the adhesive labels are automatically peeled, and held by a holding member, and then, the adhesive labels are stuck to a work through the movement of the holding member.
