PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce packing-installing man-hours for vibration isolation and heat insulation. SOLUTION: In this packing 1, a vibration isolation packing material 2 having a vibration isolation property and adhesiveness, and a heat insulation packing material 3 having a heat insulation property are stuck to each other by use of the adhesiveness of the vibration isolation packing material 2, before installing the packing 1 to an installed member 4. Thereby, work for installing the packing 1 to the installed member 4 is completed once to reduce the installing man-hours for the packing 1. Because both the packing materials 2, 3 are stuck to each other by use of the adhesiveness of the vibration isolation packing material 2, no adhesive is required.
