PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant velocity joint capable of reducing a mass of an outer race and dispensing with the enlargement of a boot. SOLUTION: An opening end face 26 of an outer race 11 is formed to be passed near an elliptic contact surface c1 of an opening side ball 14a at a maximum joint angleθ2 of a driving shaft 21 connected to an inner race 13, and a projecting part 25 to be kept into contact with the opening end face 26 in oscillating the driving shaft 21 at the maximum joint angleθ2 is formed along the circumferential direction of the driving shaft 21.
