PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device, a wiring board and a method for manufacturing these in which the occurrence of dropping of an Al layer caused by pinholes in the Al layer formed on a Mo layer is suppressed and prevented. SOLUTION: A reflection electrode 12 has a first metal layer 16 containing Mo and a second metal layer 14 containing Al and formed on the first metal layer 16. The maximum particle size of Mo on the surface of the first metal layer 16 is controlled to <=60 nm, which suppresses production of pinholes in the second metal layer 14 containing Al.
