PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic roll film which is hygienic and can be easily and surely sealed. SOLUTION: The rear end side of a tape base material 23 constituting a sealing tape 20 is stuck by a first adhesive layer 24 to a light shielding trailer 16. The front end side of the tape base material 23 is bent to a U shape and intrudes between itself and the light shielding trailer 16. A tacky adhesive layer 21 is laminated on one of the surfaces facing each other of the tape base material 23 and a release layer 22 is laminated on the other surface, by which both layers are lightly adhered to each other. The front end of the tape base material 23 is provided with a second adhesive layer 25 and is securely adhered to part of the first adhesive layer 24. When a knob 26 formed between the tacky adhesive layer 21 and the second adhesive layer 24 is pulled up, the tacky adhesive layer 21 peels from the release layer 22 and the tape base material 23 is spread and the tacky adhesive layer 21 is exposed on its inner peripheral surface. When the tape base material 23 is wound to a film winding direction, the tacky adhesive layer 21 sticks to the front end of the light shielding trailer 16 and the roll film 10 is phototightly sealed.
