PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and miniaturize the device. SOLUTION: A draining device body 32 is provided in the drain opening 20a of a tank body. A valve device 36 is provided above the draining device body 32. The valve device 36 is provided with a discoid valve body 60 and a support frame 64. The support frame 64 is constituted of an annular part 64a and an inward flange 64b overhanging from the axial lower side end face of the annular part 64a to the inward direction of the annular part 64a. When closing the valve device 36, the support frame 64 is positioned below the valve body 60 in the noncontact state. When a float 72 for feces is puffed up in much flushing, the valve body 60 is turned upwards together with the support frame 64, hooked by the inward flange and hence, the drain opening 20a is opened. Thereafter, when the water level gets tower and the float 72 is exposed on the water surface, the buoyancy decreases. Hence, the valve body 60 and the support frame 64 can not be kept in an uplifted state, and turned downward to close the drain opening.
