PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing the dropping of a bolt when the bolt is unfastened to demount a mounting body, after the mounting body is fastened to a base by the bolt, capable of confirming an engagement leaving state of the bolt, and preventing a screw thread or the like from being damaged in demounting the mounting body in a unleaving state. SOLUTION: The mounting body 2 is fastened to the base 1 by screwing a bolt male screw part 3b to a base female screw hole 1b from a mounting body female screw hole 2c through a countersunk hole 2b by positively screwing the bolt 3. In disassembling, the bolt 3 is unfastened by being reversely turned, and upwardly moved by a compressed restoring body 2e dropped in a countersunk hole 2d for the restoring body at the instant of leaving the bolt male screw part 3b from the base female hole 1b, whereby the bolt male screw part 3b can be accommodated and held in the countersunk hole 2b of the mounting body 2. A worker can confirm the completion of the leaving of the bolt, and this leaving state is held by the restoring force of the restoring body, whereby the generation of the undesired rescrewing caused by the external vibration or the like can be prevented.
