PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an exfoliated crack from being produced between a cross direction tensile body and an elastic material filled in a lug, in a crawler body of an elastic material used as an elastic crawler for a snow mobile, in which a lug is provided on a peripheral surface formed in an endless strip and the cross direction tensile body is embedded in each position corresponding to the lug. SOLUTION: In order to leave the cross direction elastic core part 10, a cross direction tensile body 8 is disposed so as to rim the outer rim of its cross section in the center part of a lug 3. Since an elastic material infiltrates well to the cross direction tensile body 8, cracking by exfoliation is suppressed.
