PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with useless works such as a temporary opening part and a temporary stage in works delivering materials to a building. SOLUTION: This mobile unloading rack device is formed of a body plate 2 for loading a load and a support unit 4 rotatably supporting the body plate into a horizontal state and a vertical state. The body plate 2 is provided with a slidable unloading extension plate 5 projecting from the front end of the body plate, an outrigger 7 expanded and contracted freely and supporting the body plate in its horizontal state from the floor face, and a falling down prevention support 9 expanded and contracted freely and supporting the body plate by abutting on the ceiling face.
