PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper mechanism suitable for a caster. SOLUTION: The caster 1 has a bracket 2 connected to the body side, a link 3 linked rotatably to the bracket 2, a wheel 4 linked rotatably to the link 3, and a suspension spring 10 expansible according to the rotation of the link 3. The caster 10 also has a rotary damper 20 in which a working fluid flows according to the rotation of the link 3 at the rotation fulcrum of the link 3.
