PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling structure for a unit room, which can constitute a ceiling surface well by attaching panel members thereto. SOLUTION: In the unit room formed by installing a ceiling panel 6 on upper edges of erected wall panels 2, 2, the panel members 3, 4, 5 formed of the same material as that of the ceiling panel 6 are assembled, to thereby form a box body portion H which is upward concave from the ceiling surface. Then, frame bodies 7a, 7b, 7c are fixed to three sides of the internal periphery of the wall panels 2, 2 at respective upper edges thereof, and the box body portion H is fixed onto the frame bodies 7a, 7b, 7c, whereby the ceiling structure is constructed.
