PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a cleaning device increased in the rigidity of a brush guide to turn lightly a brush with a small torque and save the labor of maintenance. SOLUTION: The cleaning device is constituted of a rotary sleeve 41 fitted turnably to a tube 1, a steel tube 4 whose one end is connected to the rotary sleeve and provided with a plurality of window holes notched so as to be extended into the lengthwise direction, and the brush attached movably in the lengthwise direction along the guide unit 42 constituted of an intermediate part between neighboring two windows on the steel tube 4 with holes, so that the tip end of the same is contacted with troughs between fins 11.
