<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus whereby a fine powder is easily and economically transported and stored. SOLUTION: A fine powder is mixed with water, a solidifying agent, and an accelerating agent and then granulated. The mixing and granulation can be conducted in a vacuum deaerated state. After the mixing and granulation, a heating treatment can be conducted. A fine powder treatment apparatus which has a rotary drum 6 rotating horizontally or with inclination, a stirrer blade 7 installed therein, and a vacuum deaeration means 11 attached to the drum 6 can be used; and a fine powder treatment apparatus which has a rotary drum 6 rotating horizontally or with inclination, a stirrer blade 8 installed therein, and a heating means 12 installed at the downstream side of the rotary drum 6 can be used, too.</p> |
