MULTI-LAYER STRUCTURE HAVING BARRIER LAYER DIRECTLY CONTACTING WITH FLUID CONTAINED INSIDE AND A TANK MANUFACTURED THEREFROM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel structure having excellent barrier properties usable for various articles such as a gasoline tank for an automobile. SOLUTION: The structure contains, sequentially, (1) a first layer composed of a high-density polyethylene(HDPE); (2) a binder layer; (3) a second layer composed of an EVOH, or mixture containing the EVOH as a base component: and (4) a third layer composed of a polyamide (A), or a mixture containing the polyamide (A) and a polyolefin (B) used as necessary. A transport or a storage apparatus of a fluid, specifically a tube, tank, chute, bottle, and container, is manufactured from the structure wherein the barrier layer (the second layer, or a layer combining the second layer and the third layer) is directly contacted with a fluid to be stored or transported.
