PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily mountable an armrest in a bed system without twisting the body of a patient. SOLUTION: The base end part 15 of an armrest body 14 is arranged in the front part 2 of a mat 1. The armrest body 14 is formed so that the base end part 15 is engagingly locked with the front part 2 adjacently to the lower side of the arm from under the arm of the patient to support the arm of the patient from below.
